Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients in the Dubai area.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at target companies.
- Research and understand the training needs of potential clients, as well as the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to target potential clients and win new business.
- Understand the training needs and goals of potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop proposals and quotations for potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our training programs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
- Follow up with potential clients in a timely manner to address any questions or concerns and move the sales process forward.
- Attend sales meetings and conference calls with clients as needed to discuss training solutions and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Participate in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and case studies, to support sales efforts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our training programs, including content, pricing, and availability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate training sales.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay current on industry developments.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing insights, ideas, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training sales.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
